Cheers to the weekend. Sorry no chapters this week. It was insanely busy again and this weekend even more so. Family visits, a room to paint, laying landscape fabric in the pumpkin patch, helping a neighbor round up loose cows. I love writing, but in summer, it definitely takes a backseat to life on a farm. Guess what just went live on my website? That’s right, the first chapter of Betrayal, book 1.5 in the Ladies of Infamy series. Buckle up all you Scandal fans, it’s going to be a bumpy ride. Last month we took our first vacation in four years and I’m already ready for another 😂 I am just a new cover making queen this week. Ah, new life. You know it’s spring when there are lambs bouncing all over your barn. I might not be a fan of my weird kind of insomnia - opening my eyes at 2 a.m. and instantly being wide awake - but I have to admit that I’m most productive on those days. Life got in the way of writing recently, but I’ve been back at it the past week, and written over 20k words in the hours between 2 and 7. New chapters are now live on the site, and another goes up tomorrow.
